Damaged, Incorrect, or Dead on Arrival (DOA) Product
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or dead on arrival (DOA) product, please contact our customer support within 3 days of delivery. You will need to provide clear images of the damaged or incorrect product, along with an unboxing video (Compulsory).
Upon verification of the issue, we will offer you two options:
* Replacement: We will ship a replacement product at no additional cost.
* Refund: We will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
Issues Related to Plant Growth or Seed Germination
If you encounter issues with plant growth or seed germination, please contact our customer support within 14 days of delivery. We recommend providing clear images and videos documenting the issue.
Our team will investigate the matter and provide guidance or assistance as needed. In some cases, we may offer a replacement or refund.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your request, we will process your refund or replacement within 3 business days. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
